Nice hotel right in center of Cinatown. Nice room with Big bed and very clean. Close to MRT and all the street food you need. Chinatown are so busy but We did not notits when you was inside our room. The Downs was that The pool was not in use and then was this Girl at The counter. She was there when We check in and check out. She was really rude. Like she dont like to Work at The hotel or she just dont like people. She could not get rid of us quick enought, no smile. And my Thai wife say she did not look at here at all when We check out and say godbye People working with cleaning was always really Nice Good but small Gym.

Located in a great spot ,within walking distance to shops and restaurants friendly and very helpful staff , good size room with nice firm mattress and great water pressure. good breakfast buffet. the pool was small and closed for maintenance

Big hotel with all amenities however it could have been cleaner and staff could have been more polite. The breakfast was very good. The location is great. We could have liked the roof pool but it is not clean as well. Overall experience is average.

Set in the centre of Chinatown, this hotel is right in the thick of the activity. Public areas are all clean and bright, however, the bedroom is a bit tired and in need of some tlc. It could also do with a good clean. Breakfast was adequate. The roof top bar and pool is a great place to unwind and is really vibrant from the afternoon into the evening. The views are stunning. In your opinion, this hotel is more 3 star than 4star.

Great location. Looks lovely at reception area, however, the rooms are looking a little tired and dated. The staff are very attentive, and very friendly. In the busy hub of central Chinatown, great for getting around. Gym is well equipped.
